Five-Star CB Dorian Brew commits to Oregon

Five-Star cornerback Dorian Brew of Conroe (TX) High announced his commitment to Oregon Saturday evening.

The 6-foot-2, 197 pounder chose the Ducks over Texas and Ohio State.

“From the jump they made it known that I was a must have for them,” Brew said. “Who doesn’t want to play for a defensive head coach as a DB? I also feel that I’m going to fit perfectly in their defense.”

His relationship with the coaching staff and their plan for him played a role in his decision as well.

“Coach Hamp and Coach Lupoi want me to be a big corner who can go outside and play in the slot and use my size and speed to my advantage.”

The Lone Star State cornerback joins coach Dan Lanning and the Ducks’ top 5 2025 class. He is accompanied by five-star wide receiver Dallas Wilson, four-star running back Jordon Davison, and others.

Brew ranks as the No. 29 player according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 4 cornerback and the No. 8 player in the state of Texas.
