Five-Star OT Kadyn Proctor down to 7
Five-star offensive tackle Kadyn Proctor of Des Moines (Iowa) Southeast Polk has narrowed his list to seven schools.
The 6-foot-6, 318 pounder is ranked as the No. 5 prospect in the 2023 class according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting services. He ranks as the country’s No. 1 offensive tackle and the top player in Iowa.
Proctor had this to say about each school.
Iowa
“Iowa has been recruiting since freshman year,” Proctor said. “They have stuck with it throughout my process and are trying to keep me in state.”
Penn State
“Penn State worked their way in, a really good vibe from their coaches and everyone there,” Proctor said. “I have great talks on the phone all the time with them.”
Georgia
“Georgia is a championship team as we know and a team that can develop players,” Proctor said. “Everytime I talk with the coaches the bond is great”

Notre Dame
“Notre Dame has been recruiting me for a long time,” Proctor said. “I have been there multiple times and love it every time I’m there.”
Alabama
“Alabama is Alabama,” Proctor said. “I think everyone can tell why they are in everyone’s top as to the development the players get and the history behind it all.”
Oregon
“Oregon came to my high school and was my 5th offer,” Proctor said. “The coaches and I have a very great bond and I am really loving how they recruit.”
Michigan
“Michigan most ultimately because of Coach Moore and what he has done with the O line unit throughout one year,” Proctor said. “His guys led the team to a top 4 appearance this year.”
