4-star OT Fletcher Westphal sets several spring visits
Leesburg (Va.) Tuscarora four-star offensive tackle Fletcher Westphal is set to have a busy two months ahead. Between March 9 and April 23, Westphal will take visits to 12 different schools.
Westphal’s schedule includes Florida State (March 9-10), Florida (March 11-12), Michigan State (March 24-25), Michigan (March 26-27), Tennessee (April 3), Georgia (April 4), Clemson (April 5), Auburn (April 7), NC State (April 8), Arkansas (April 14-15), Kansas (April 16-17) and Washington (April 20-23).
The On3 Industry Ranking – a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting services – Westphal ranked as the No. 189 overall prospect and the No. 12 offensive tackle in the country. He’s also ranked as the No. 3 player in Virginia.
According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Maryland has a narrow lead over several schools to land a commitment from Westphal.

The 6-foot-8, 320-pounder released his list of top 10 schools last November. The list included Georgia, Michigan State, Tennessee, Oregon, Washington, Arkansas, Clemson, Auburn, Virginia Tech, and Florida.
