4-star safety Kaiden Hall commits to Florida: “I am shutting it down”

Milton (Fla.) four-star safety Kaiden Hall didn’t expect to commit this early, but he’s ready to be a Florida Gator.
On Tuesday, he chose UF over Florida State, Alabama and Oklahoma, among others. The decision came after his official visit to Gainesville this past weekend, where he got the feeling that he was home. And he didn’t want to wait any longer.
“On the visit, I told them I wanted to be part of the Florida program,” he told On3. “I was ready. The feeling I had after meeting with Coach Sunseri and Coach Roberts had me ready to commit.”
”I am shutting it down..”
Billy Napier and the UF staff were long a top contender in Hall’s recruitment, but they really nabbed momentum following this trip.
“We talked about how I fit into the program and how I am a priority,” he said. “I have been that for them from the time they offered me going into my sophomore season. I love how Coach Napier never changed up. He’s always the same and never changes for anything. He is a great person to be around, and everyone in the building respects him. It speaks volumes for who he is and his character.”

Gators land one of their top overall targets with Hall
The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder is the No. 206 overall prospect and No. 20 safety in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 29 player in Florida.
Florida has been high on him for a long time as a key piece of their secondary class this year. And what they have to offer — from the coaching staff, to the academics, to the momentum built last season — hit all the right notes with Hall.
“Napier has Florida on the right track, and everyone is bought in,” Hall added. “Last season the team could have quit, but they team came together and didn’t fall apart. It means a lot how they responded. I want to win and Florida is on the right track to do that.”
Hall is the second to commit to UF following an OV over the weekend, joining IMG Academy (Fla.) three-star interior offensive lineman G’Nivre Carr.
