Former Texas A&M offensive lineman Derrick Graham will transfer to Tulane in 2024, he announced Monday via X. He committed to the Aggies in January and spent spring practice in College Station before re-entering his name in the portal.

Graham spent the first four years of his college career at Troy. He featured in all 14 games for the Trojans during the 2023 season after bouncing between starting and playing as a sixth offensive linemen to start his career. He will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.

Graham played high school football at Lake Minneola (Fla.) High School, where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 2475 overall recruit in the 2020 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

With the loss of Derrick Graham, Texas A&M is down to three offensive lineman additions through the transfer portal this offseason. Former Kansas offensive tackle Armaj Reed-Adams is one of those players who will have a chance to compete for a starting role.

The Aggies have added 26 transfers and lost 29 players to the portal thus far. That ranks them No. 54 overall and No. 14 in the SEC according to On3’s Transfer Portal Team Rankings.

Chibuzo spent two years with the Aggies before injuries forced him to step aside from the game briefly. He medically retired after spring ball in 2022, but he is now seeking a return to college football.

The 6-foot-4, 320-pound lineman appeared in one game during his redshirt freshman season in 2020, then played in two games in 2021.

Prior to enrolling at Texas A&M, Smart Chibuzo was ranked as a three-star prospect and the No. 571 overall recruit in the nation in the 2020 recruiting class, according to the On3 Industry Rankings.

He also checked in as the No. 36 interior offensive lineman in the class and the No. 74 overall player from the state of Texas, hailing from Missouri City (TX) Hightower.
