Four-Star EDGE CJ May commits to Notre Dame
Four-star EDGE CJ May of Highland Home (AL) High announced his commitment to Notre Dame Saturday night.
The 6-foot-4, 230 pounder chose the Fighting Irish over Auburn, Clemson, and Tennessee.
“Honestly this commitment has been on my mind extremely heavily because I really had no purpose in waiting anymore,” May said. “My future teammate Deuce Knight really made me think about it and the love I get from the program is incomparable to other.”
His relationship with the coaching staff played and their plan for him played a key role in his decision as well.
“Coach Washington is my closest relationship and his message to me is that he wants me to be the best version of me here at ND and in the real world after football.”
