Penn State – it’s LBU and it’s close to home, and coach Franklin is cool

Clemson – I really like coach Sweeney, and just the winning that Clemson does and the culture. Coach Wes has done a great job keeping in contact with me since I’ve last went up there.

Ohio State – One of the best teams in the big ten, and the hiring of coach Laurinaitis really boost Ohio State.

Notre Dame – They’ve done a great job at reaching out and showing their interest in me and I’ve built a relationship with coach Al, and Freeman.

Chiles ranks as the No. 109 player according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 9 linebacker and the No.1 player in Maryland.
