Four-star quarterback Walker White of Little Rock (AR) Christian Academy narrowed his list to three schools— Clemson, Auburn, and Baylor.
The 6-foot-3, 225 pounder will announce his commitment on Friday, February 3rd. He discussed his finalists with On3.
Clemson
“They were really inviting and very welcoming. Everything I saw Clemson was just so impressive from the coaching staff to facilities to their core values. I really enjoyed my visit on their junior day and really enjoyed getting to spend time around Coach Swinney and the rest of the staff.”
Auburn
Auburn‘s visit was really cool because Coach Freeze and the rest of the staff was with me the whole day and made sure I left with zero questions. They were very inviting into their home and very hospitable. I got to create a relationship with Coach Montgomery and Coach Austin and Coach Stone throughout the whole day. I got to see the stadium and walk on the field which is really cool and fun.”

Baylor
“Baylor‘s visit was really cool. In the first 30 minutes I was able to do a chapel session with their team chaplain and that meant a lot to me considering my faith is my top priority. Baylor‘s staff was really welcoming and I was really excited to be there. I had gone to a game before but never seen the campus. Their campus was very impressive and getting to watch ball with Coach Bell and Coach Grimes was a lot of fun. I learned a lot and learned the ins and outs of their offense!”
White ranks as the No. 165 player in the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that accounts for all four major recruiting sites. He also tabs in as the No. 13 quarterback and the No. 1 player in the state of Arkansas.
