The 6-foot-1, 234 pounder chose the Crimson Tide over Mississippi State, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
“I just want to be great, I want to be coached by the greatest to ever do it. I feel they give me the best opportunity to succeed down the line.”
His relationship with the coaching staff and their plan for him played a role in his decision as well.
“I enjoy being around the whole coaching staff, they are all good coaches. Me and Coach G are the closest and have been for a while, I also have a really good relationship with Coach Saban.”
