Four-Star WR Amari Jefferson names Top 3, sets commitment date
Four-star wide receiver Amari Jefferson of Chattanooga (TN) Baylor School narrowed his list to three schools Tuesday afternoon.
The 6-foot-1, 195 pounder is down to Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama, and will announce his college decision on August 5th.

Tennessee Volunteers: It’s hometown team. I feel I could have a big legacy being the in-state kid. I have a great relationship with the coaching staff.
Georgia Bulldogs: They have been recruiting me hard for a year. I have a great connection with the staff. The culture Kirby has built also the championships.
Alabama Crimson Tide: Legendary. Getting to play for Nick Saban and getting coached by coach Wiggins and going to WRU. The championships, they are always in big games.

Jefferson ranks as the No. 209 player in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 38 wide receiver and the No. 3 player in the state of Tennessee.
On3 ranks him higher than the industry, as he ranks as the No. 109 player nationally, the No. 19 wide receiver, and the No. 2 player in Tennessee.
