Four-Star WR Marcus Harris commits to Oklahoma
Four-star wide receiver Marcus Harris of Santa Ana (CA) Mater Dei announced his commitment to Oklahoma Monday afternoon.
The 6-foot, 185 pounder chose the Sooners over Georgia, Oregon, and UCLA.
“I would really say the coaching staff,” Harris said. “I feel like Coach Jones, Coach Venables and the rest of the staff had a plan for me. I really felt needed and wanted. Also when I stepped foot on campus it just felt like home.”
His relationship with the coaching staff and their plan for him played a role in his decision as well.
“My relationship with the staff is amazing. They have guys from my area on staff so it’s even easier to connect with them. Guys like Jeremiah Criddell and Caleb Kelly.”
