Game times announced for Men's College World Series

As the 2024 Men’s College World Series field of eight rounds its self out, the times for first round matchups have been officially announced.

Seven teams have punched their tickets to Omaha this weekend and Georgia and NC State are competing in the Athens Super Regional for that final spot. Once that game goes final — everything will be set in stone ahead of Friday’s opening matchup.

Games are on ESPN unless noted otherwise. The game times are as follows:

Friday, June 14

Game 1 – North Carolina vs. Virginia | 2 p.m. ET
Game 2 – Tennessee vs. Florida State | 7 p.m. ET

Saturday, June 15

Game 3 – Kentucky vs. Georgia/NC State | 2 p.m. ET
Game 4 – Texas A&M vs. Florida | 7 p.m. ET

Sunday, June 16:

Game 5 – Loser of Game 1 vs. Loser of Game 2 | 2 p.m. ET
Game 6 – Winner of Game 1 vs. Winner of Game 2 | 7 p.m. ET

Monday, June 17:

Game 7 – Loser of Game 3 vs. Loser of Game 4 | 2 p.m. ET
Game 8 – Winner of Game 3 vs. Winner of Game 4 | 7 p.m. ET

Tuesday, June 18:

Game 9 – Winner of Game 5 vs. Loser of Game 8 | 2 p.m. ET
Game 10 – Winner of Game 7 vs. Loser of Game 6 | 7 p.m. ET

Wednesday, June 19:

Game 11 – Winner of Game 6 vs. Winner of Game 9 | 2 p.m. ET
Game 12 – Winner of Game 8 vs. Winner of Game 10 | 7 p.m. ET

MCWS Finals:

Game 1 – Saturday, June 22 – 7:30 p.m. ET
Game 2 – Sunday, June 23 – 2 p.m. ET (ABC)
Game 3 (if necessary) – Monday, June 24 – 7 p.m. ET

*if necessary games will be played on Thursday, June 20 if winners of Games 9 & 10 defeat the winners of Game 6 & 8 on Wednesday*

For over a week, these eight teams who have overcame their competition in their respective regionals and super regionals will compete in Omaha on one common mission: to obtain national championship gold and become NCAA Champions.

Whoever that may be Is yet to be decided, but an exciting week of college baseball is set to be played beginning with the Tar Heels and Cavaliers on June 14 with the first pitch being scheduled for 1 p.m. ET.
