Georgia Bulldogs HOST Several Key Visitors Following Week 1 Win Over Clemson | Inside Scoop

Leesburg (Ga.) Lee County four-star running back Ousmane Kromah is among the long list of visitors at Georgia this afternoon as the Bulldogs take on Tennessee Tech.

Kromah has taken half a dozen visits to Athens, including an official visit on June 21. He also took official visits to Auburn, Florida State, Tennessee and Miami.

In July, Kromah told On3 that Georgia was in his ‘top two.’

“They’re all family-oriented,” Kromah said. “It’s like being around your brothers literally. The fact that I’m watching people get mad at each other, they argue and then the next second they’re back good. That’s brotherhood. It shows that in the fire, they’re going to have what they need and not just break apart.”

Kromah added more about the culture in Athens.

“Their players are super tight-knit, they don’t let each other do anything stupid,” Kromah said. “If something happens they make sure nothing happens. They were checking up on everybody and making sure everyone was okay when I was down there. Even hanging out with them, you can tell they actually like each other. They’re not just teammates. That’s always a good thing to see. They made me feel at home. We were laughing and joking and they barely knew me. They didn’t know me from a can of paint but they were out there trying to make sure I’m good. We were playing the video game, we watched the Tank Davis fight and stuff like that shows that we can be close. They’re close and that’s why they’re winning.”

Ousmane Kromah Recruit Profile

Kromah is the nation’s No. 111 overall prospect, No. 4 running back and No. 13 recruit from Georgia in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

On3’s scouting and rankings team writes this about Kromah as a prospect.

“True every down back with an extremely well-rounded skill set. Has readymade size, checking in at 6-foot-0.5 and around 215 pounds prior to his junior season. Has a unique build with very long arms and a bow-legged gait. A productive workhorse for one of the top high school programs in south Georgia. Averaged over 160 rushing yards per game as a sophomore and junior and 10 yards per carry as a junior. An extremely tough runner who is very difficult to bring down on contact. Trucks and carries defenders at the second level. Not going down with an arm tackle. Shows good burst and play speed and is capable of ripping off long runs with regularity. A plus receiver and one of the more natural pass-catchers among high school running back prospects.

Even splits out to receiver on passing downs for his high school. A big-time mismatch in the passing game and already runs routes at a high level. Doubles as a good basketball player averaging over 10 points per game as a sophomore for a team that made a deep run in the state playoffs. Older for the class, turning 18 years-old in December of his junior year. Though he projects as one of the top running backs in the 2025 cycle, has the potential to also be a star at other spots.”
