Joe initially left the Yellow Jackets last year for the director of recruiting job at UConn but was then hired at Alabama, where he assisted with a 2023 Crimson Tide class that’s currently No. 1 in the On3 Consensus Rankings.

Now, he’s back at Georgia Tech under new Yellow Jackets head coach Brent Key, who was the Yellow Jackets’ offensive line coach when Joe was previously on Georgia Tech’s staff.
