3-star IOL Gibson Pyle announces top 10 schools
Houston (Texas) Klein Cain three-star interior offensive lineman Gibson Pyle announced his top 10 schools on Sunday. They are Vanderbilt, California, North Carolina, Stanford, Arizona State, Duke, Nebraska, Boston College, Ole Miss and Kansas State.
Pyle is the No. 672 overall prospect and No. 47 interior offensive lineman in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 110 player in Texas.
On3 rates Pyle higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Even though he is not ranked in the 2024 On300, Pyle is the No. 27 interior offensive lineman and the No. 82 player in Texas.
The 6-foot-4.5, 275-pound recruit has already visited some of his finalists, including Nebraska, North Carolina, Kansas State and Duke. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, the Cornhuskers have a commanding lead for his commitment at 85.0%.
Pyle visited Nebraska last weekend. He told Bryan Munson of HuskerOnline that he plans to be back in Lincoln for the spring game and an official visit.

“It was insane — the quality of everything,” Pyle said. “There is so much of everything and it’s nice. Also, the facilities are just huge. I can’t even describe it from the ten salt tubs to the walk-through room with the video board. You can fit an entire offense and get them all in the walk-through room. It’s the best that I have ever seen.”
“It was an ’11,'” he added about his visit. “It was truly eye-opening. You’re from Texas, and you don’t know what you don’t know. I am so happy I got a chance to come out here.
“My favorite thing was meeting all of the coaches face to face because I am a big relationships guy. I got to see how coach (Donovan) Raiola coaches, and that was big for me.”
