Green Bay Packers release wide receiver Amari Rodgers, running back Kylin Hill
The Green Bay Packers have announced that the organization has released two offensive skills players, wide receiver Amari Rodgers and running back Kylin Hill.
Brian Gutekunst, the general manager of the Green Bay Packers, announced the move on Tuesday.
Amari Rodgers was a third round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft out of Clemson. With the Tigers, Rodgers was a star, particularly in his senior season when he had better than 1,000 yards receiving and seven touchdowns. At the NFL level, he has appeared in 27 games, including one postseason game and one start. He has eight career catches.

Rodgers’ primary value to Green Bay was in his ability to return punts. However, he has struggled this season, which came to a head with a muffed punt against Dallas.
Kylin Hill was a seventh round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft pick out of Mississippi State, where he was a star for the Bulldogs. He has played in 10 NFL games and has 11 carries for 31 yards.
