Moreover, Purdue is coming off a disappointing loss to Indiana, which proved to be their second of the season, as the Boilermakers have been one of the best and most consistent teams in the country.

Led by big man Zach Edey, who’s averaged 22.4 points and 13.2 rebounds on the season, Purdue has been among the top teams in the nation all season long. The sky is the limit for the Boilermakers, and they’ll be a tough out, come March.

However, the Hawkeyes would love to rain on Purdue’s parade. They’ve won three straight, and are looking like they’re hitting their stride at the most important time. Led by Kris Murray and his 20.5 points per game, they have a shot every time they’re on the court.

Alas, it’ll be a fascinating Big Ten showdown on Thursday, but only one team can leave the court victorious.
