Isiaih Mosley is the No. 1 player in On3's transfer portal rankings
It is hard to ignore the year Isiaih Mosley had last season. He was one of only three DI players in the previous 20 years to shoot 50-percent from the field, 40-percent from three, and 90-percent from the free-throw line while averaging 20 points per game.
One could argue that the Missouri State junior was the best scorer in college basketball. Certainly, the numbers would back him in any discussion that includes both volume and efficiency.
These reasons are why the 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Columbia, Missouri, is On3’s top player in the 2022 transfer portal.

The Mosley resume
Coming out of Columbia (MO) Rock Bridge High, Isiaih Mosley had offers from Tulsa, Bradley, Mississippi State, and Southeast Missouri, among others. Still, he chose to stay close to home and attend Missouri State.
Mosley was first-team All-Missouri Valley (MVC) each of the last two seasons. He led the MVC in scoring both years. He also finished top-ten in the conference in rebounds and steals per game.

Where will Mosley go
Isiaih Mosley is testing the NBA Draft waters and will most likely keep his name in the draft until the June 1 deadline to withdraw. He will go through the workouts and take away all of the information and feedback he can get from the experience to decide whether to return to school or stay in the draft.
The overarching thought is that Mosley will return to college as things are currently being projected. So, where does that leave his possible destinations?
Kansas, Texas Tech, Mississippi State, and Kansas State are programs involved in his recruitment. As with most players testing the draft waters, it is a waiting game for the colleges recruiting them. However, there is some smoke around Kansas here.
While it is relatively quiet now, things should start to heat up as the June 1 date comes near.
