Grimsley discusses four of his finalists
Alabama: “It’s Alabama,” Grimsley told Joseph Hastings of BamaOnLine on April 30. “It’s a winning program. The history speaks for itself. They put dudes in the league. That’s all you can ask for, to be developed. They have pretty much the greatest coach in college football history and he’s hands on with the DBs. So, I like that about Alabama.”

Florida: “I just like the history behind them,” Grimsley told Corey Bender of Gators Online on March 28. “When I was a kid, that was my favorite team to watch; it was my dream school. I also like that they are home and play in the SEC.”
Penn State: “I like coach (James) Franklin a lot,” Grimsley told Ryan Snyder of BlueWhiteIllustrated on March 18. “He’s very passionate. He’s real; he’s authentic. You know he’s not lying about the stuff he says. He said flat out, sometimes it’s going to be hard, but I want to tell you the truth during this process. He’s just very honest and upfront, and he’s passionate about his players. He’s there for his guys”
Michigan: “They told me that I’m a guy that can move around in the secondary,” Grimsley told EJ Holland of The Wolverine on April 28. “But they also said that they would start me off at corner. I see myself as more of a corner, so I like that. They have a great defense, and I know they develop. Michigan is a place where I can be the best corner I can be.”
