3-star WR Jason Robinson names top 10 schools
Long Beach Poly (Calif.) three-star wide receiver Jason Robinson has narrowed his list of top schools down to 10. The list includes BYU, California, Colorado, Florida State, Notre Dame, Penn State, Syracuse, Utah, USC and Washington.
Robinson is a former USC commit but decommitted from the Trojans on Feb. 14.
“I’m just gonna take my time,” Robinson told On3 in early April. “I really don’t have a deadline that I need to be at. It’s just when I feel it, I feel it.”
The 5-foot-10, 160-pounder is the No. 437 overall prospect and No. 78 wide receiver in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 31 player in California.
According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM), Notre Dame’s the heavy favorite to land a commitment from Robinson at 89.7%.
“They have endless opportunities at Notre Dame,” Robinson told On3 regarding the Fighting Irish. “Having that attached to your name, it just boosts your status.”

USC’s hosted Robinson more than any other school but he hasn’t visited the Trojans since last November. This year he’s taken visits to Colorado (Jan. 28), California (March 4), Syracuse (April 13), Penn State (April 15) and Notre Dame (April 17).
New Colorado coach Deion Sanders has also made an immediate impact on Robinson. He was supposed to go the Buffaloes spring game but was unable to make it.
He does plan on getting out to Boulder sometime this summer to get the full experience.
“I want to see everything that they have to offer from head to toe,” Robinson told On3. “From what I’ve seen, it’s a great program and it’s somewhere I can be and Deion Sanders is someone I can be coached under. I’ve got to be able to see everything and see what I’m getting myself into before I can make a decision.”
Robinson currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $46K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
