Joe Burrow threw eight touchdown passes in his first game since winning the Heisman Trophy as the Tigers cruised past Jalen Hurts and the Oklahoma Sooners 63-28 to advance to the national championship game. LSU ultimately defeated Clemson to win the CFP in the subsequent matchup.
