JUCO offensive lineman Izavion Miller decommits from Ole Miss
Southwest Mississippi Community College offensive tackle Izavion Miller has decommitted from Ole Miss, he announced on Monday.
He had been committed to the Rebels since July, but recently took official visits to both Auburn and Mississippi State. Miller told AuburnLive on Sunday that he planned to back off his pledge from the Rebels and would choose between either the Bulldogs or Tigers.
Miller is the No. 4 overall junior college recruit in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He made the declaration after visiting Mississippi State last weekend and Auburn this weekend. His visit to Auburn was his first.

“It was really nice. I liked it,” Miller said. “We toured the city. I got to talk 1-on-1 with Coach (Hugh) Freeze a lot. I already know Coach (Jake) Thornton from Ole Miss so it was really nice. I liked it.”
His defection leaves the Rebels with just 13 commits in the 2023 class, and they currently rank No. 21 nationally in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings.
