Kentucky at Ole Miss: Friday injury report revealed
On Saturday, Kentucky and No. 6 Ole Miss will square off at noon ET. The Rebels will host the Wildcats at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.
Ole Miss has won the last three meetings between the two programs, most recently defeating Kentucky 22-19 in 2022. Both teams are coming off a win into Saturday’s game. However, only the Rebels are still undefeated, with Kentucky sitting at 2-2.
Alas, Kentucky will provide Ole Miss with its most difficult test yet this season. The Wildcats are the Rebels’ first conference foe of the 2024 campaign. To make matters worse, Ole Miss is staring down a slew of injuries.
Of course, the Wildcats are battling their fair share of setbacks, as well. To see both teams’ full injury reports, look below.

The biggest name listed for Kentucky — and perhaps either team — is running back Chip Trayanum, who has been sidelined all season with an injury to date. But head coach Mark Stoops recently shared an encouraging sign about the running back, who was doubtful on Wednesday’s report and then ruled out on Thursday.
Trayanum has yet to appear in a game for Kentucky after transferring in from Ohio State this offseason. A former four-star recruit, Trayanum was ranked as the No. 28 running back in the country in the class of 2020, per the On3 Industry rankings.
He was expected to be the starting running back for the Wildcats in 2024, but he missed the first four games of the season while dealing with a hand injury.
On3’s Andrew Graham also contributed to this article.
