Kentucky at Ole Miss: Thursday injury report revealed
Kentucky and Ole Miss are another day closer to an SEC showdown in Oxford, and both teams saw their injury picture get into clearer focus for the weekend. And one team still has far more players on the report than the other.
And while Ole Miss does far exceed the Wildcats with the number of players on the report, with many being probably or questionable, there’s less cause for concern. Fortunately for the Rebels, none of their major pieces seem to be in danger of missing Saturday’s action.

FAU sources respond to Ray Lewis report from ESPN
The biggest name listed for Kentucky — and perhaps either team — is running back Chip Trayanum, who has been sidelined all season with an injury to date. But head coach Mark Stoops recently shared an encouraging sign about the running back, who was doubtful on Wednesday’s report and then ruled out on Thursday.
Trayanum has yet to appear in a game for Kentucky after transferring in from Ohio State this offseason. A former four-star recruit, Trayanum was ranked as the No. 28 running back in the country in the class of 2020, per the On3 Industry rankings.
He was expected to be the starting running back for the Wildcats in 2024, but he missed the first four games of the season while dealing with a hand injury.
