Kirk Herbstreit labels Penn State stadium as best stadium atmosphere
Penn State is home to some of the most ravenous fans in college football.
On Thursday evening, the popular co-host of College GameDay began releasing his list of Herbie winners. One of the categories this year was the title of Best Stadium Atmosphere.
In the end, he decided to go with the white out at Penn State’s Beaver Stadium as the Best Stadium Atmosphere. Check out the video below.
Penn State running back coach
Why should Penn State fans be so excited? Well they’ve got one of the game’s rising stars in running backs coach Ja’Juan Seider. Seider is one of the hot young coaches in college football and he’s a dynamic recruiter.
A former quarterback at West Virginia and Florida A&M, Seider won the Doug Williams National Offensive Player of the Year award as a senior at Florida A&M in 2019. He was ranked as a top-10 recruiter in the country for the 2019 class and he’s currently one of the top recruiters in the Big Ten for the 2022 class. You can read more about Coach Seider and why On3’s Matt Zenitz thinks he’s one of the rising star position coaches for 2021.
Penn State’s football future is also incredibly bright due to the talent they’re currently reeling in on the recruiting trail.
Penn State future signal-caller
It all starts with quarterback Drew Allar, the top quarterback in the On3 Class of 2022 quarterback rankings. Allar is 6-foot-4, 228 pounds, and suits up for Medina (Medina, Ohio).
Allar places a beautifully accurate ball in his highlight tape and it doesn’t take long to see why he sits so highly in the On3 rankings.

The surgically accurate signal-caller can place the football from a variety of launch angles, whether it’s on the move, and you even see a sidearm release at times on his tape.

Tonight, Allar accounted for 350 total yards and four touchdown to lead the Bees to a resounding 34-17 win over Avon at Ken Dukes Stadium.
He completed 15 of his 28 pass attempts for 246 yards, while tossing two touchdown passes. He also gashed Avon on the ground, racking up 104 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries.
Allar is an incredibly exciting prospect to watch on tape and he’s going to be fun to watch his career develop at Penn State.
