Loganville (Ga.) Grayson four-star Kylan Fox has already set official visits to UCF (June 2), Miami (June 10) and Florida State (June 16). Those three programs have clinched spots in his top six.

Colorado, Georgia Tech and Ole Miss also made Fox’s cut. He has visited all six campuses at least once and four of them multiple times.

“At this point, it’s getting back on those six campuses to get more in-depth with those six and see what the right fit for me is,” Fox told On3.

The 6-foot-4.5, 217-pound recruit is returning to the Seminoles on April 14, who have hosted him between five and six times, the most of any school involved in his recruitment. He has also seen the Yellow Jackets five times, and the Hurricanes and Knights twice.

Fox, who is looking to commit around August, hopes to learn what schools see him as a priority on his official visits. He will be ready to commit when “whatever campus I’m on, I just feel like I’m at home.”

“I feel like there’s no leader and there’s no order of the six schools,” said Fox, the No. 189 overall prospect and No. 12 tight end in the 2024 On3 Industry Ranking. “All of them show me a lot of love. They’re all pretty good offensively, so it’s just get back on campus for the official visits and see who stands out the most.”

Colorado: “Coach Prime (Deion Sanders) is a legendary coach. He’s already made it clear that he’s gonna win and he’s gonna win right now. It’s the little things, like the spring game being sold out. That’s important because him being there, his presence makes everything feel good at Colorado.”

Florida State: “It’s close to home. I feel at home when I’m in Tallahassee. Every time I go back to Florida State, the visit just gets better. I get to see 1% more than I saw last visit and then, just the relationships I have with coach (Chris) Thomsen and coach (Mike) Norvell.”

Georgia Tech: “Coach (Brent) Key is a great guy. He’s shown it in the past. Their new offensive coordinator, coach (Buster) Faulkner, he comes from Georgia and had a lot to do with the development of Brock Bowers, Darnell Washington and those guys. I know his knowledge of the tight ends and that offense will have those guys back on top offensively.”

Miami: “Miami is off the charts. The campus is beautiful, the town is nice and then with coach (Mario) Cristobal, it’s his second year. He signed a great recruiting class is 2023 and it’s only gonna get bigger.”

Ole Miss: “Coach (Lane) Kiffin is the offensive GOAT. He knows how to use the tight ends. When he was at Alabama, he got the job done. Everywhere he’s been, he’s got the job done. When I went on campus, I noticed their tight ends got the ball more than anybody on the field, so I know that if I go to Ole Miss, I have a great chance to get the football a lot.”

UCF: “Coach (Gus) Malzhan and coach (Brian) Blackmon constantly hit me up. We talk every other week. They went dead a little bit in my recruitment at one point, but then, it picked back up real fast. Ever since it’s picked up, it’s just been constant communication and building relationships.”
