Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin continues to absolutely torch LSU coach Brian Kelly on Twitter. Thursday, he once again called out Kelly’s dance moves.
In January, Kelly met with Allen “Griddy” Davis and learned how to do The Griddy dance. Kiffin — two months later — decided to retweet the video to apparently confirm Davis is coming to the Grove Bowl on April 23. In the process, he once again roasted Kelly for his dancing.
Also of note, the hashtag is no longer #ComeToTheSip or #TransferToTheSip. According to Kiffin’s tweet, it’s apparently now #GriddyInTheSip.
“I’ll see @LAHGRIDDY2x here for the #GroveBowl April 23rd,” Kiffin tweeted. “I’ll leave the dancing to the players @OleMissFB #GriddyInTheSip.”
It’s unclear if Kiffin will end up doing The Griddy wen Davis comes to the Grove Bowl next month. That said, it doesn’t sound like the Twitter roasting is going to stop anytime soon.
More on the Lane Kiffin-Brian Kelly Twitter banter
This isn’t the first time Kiffin trolled Kelly for doing The Griddy with Davis. He also did so in February after associate head coach Frank Wilson retweeted the original video.
“Thank god Frank is around!!!” Kiffin tweeted. “Please don’t let him do that again #grindingontheplayers @LSUfootball.”

Before that, a Tik Tok went viral with Kelly dancing with recruit Danny Lewis in December. Kelly can be seen standing behind Lewis, dancing as the video plays in slow motion. Lewis then ended up committing to Alabama.
That was where the roasting began as Kiffin retweeted the video and asked if Kelly’s account was hacked.
“Did you lose a bet or something?” Kiffin wrote. “This can’t be real. Photoshopped? Account hacked? I mean…”
Kelly is getting ready for his first season as the head coach at LSU, and Kiffin will have the chance to critique his dance moves in person this season. LSU and Ole Miss face off Oct. 22 in Baton Rouge.
