LOOK: Lane Kiffin trolls Nick Saban, Jimbo Fisher with his dog
Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin has never been shy to make jokes about the biggest stories in college football. With an ongoing feud between Alabama‘s Nick Saban and Texas A&M‘s Jimbo Fisher overlapping with the SEC meetings in Destin, Florida, he jumped on the opportunity to make jokes on Twitter.
Apparently, despite civil interactions between Nick Saban and Jimbo Fisher, there was one ejection from the first day of meetings which led to a joke. Lane Kiffin revealed after a long day of talks that Juice the dog was kicked out by the other coaches and conference officials.
“First day of SEC meetings and the only one to get kicked out was Juice,” Kiffin tweeted with a photo of Juice sitting patiently in the car with a leash ready to go. “What were the odds?”
Kiffin also included #JuiceBackToTheSip, in a play on words from his typical recruiting line. While the reasons for Juice’s alleged ejection remain unclear, it seems he will not be in attendance moving forward despite a positive reaction from fans.

Lane Kiffin on Nick Saban, Jimbo Fisher feud
While talking with the media after a long meeting on Tuesday, Lane Kiffin discussed the anticipated showdown between Nick Saban and Jimbo Fisher. However, he informed everyone the coaches took a business-as-usual approach.
“Pretty normal,” said Kiffin, via On3’s Jesse Simonton. “Probably the assumption in there is that the public thinks it’s different but these guys have jobs to do. Calmer than you think.
“Our group is more professional in the room than in front of a microphone.”
Despite the lack of fireworks in the most public NIL feud, the controversial rules and future legislation remained a major talking point for all the conference leaders who spoke throughout the day. While no concrete plan has been communicated publicly, discussions on the right way to handle things continue behind closed doors.
