Latest expert recruiting predictions from On3 Elite Series

Top football recruits from around the nation have descended upon Nashville, Tennessee for the On3 Elite Series, an invite-only educational seminar discussing the new era of NIL and navigating life after football.

The purpose of the On3 Elite Series is to educate and inform high school athletes how to safely and successfully navigate the NIL era. On3 Elite will bring in former college and professional athletes, marketing executives, legal and financial experts, and other relevant voices to a private two-day event designed for 50 top high school football recruits, along with their parents, from the class of 2025.

As those prospects make their way into the event, On3’s Steve Wiltfong and Chad Simmons are on hand to provide live updates from the event, as well as updated predictions in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM).

Here are the latest picks:

5-star WR Kaliq Lockett – Texas

Latest buzz: “Kaliq Lockett said on the record that all four of his finalists are even (LSU, Texas, Aggies and FSU), but I got the sense Texas leads and put that prediction in.” – On3’s Steve Wiltfong

4-star LB Tavion Wallace – Florida State

Latest buzz: Jesup (Ga.) Wayne County four-star linebacker Tavion Wallace is committing on July 15, and Florida State has been setting the pace in his recruitment for some time. He told Simmons on Tuesday that Florida and Georgia have both closed the gap a bit on the ‘Noles, but FSU is still atop his list.

5-star WR Jaime Ffrench – Texas

Latest buzz: At one time considered a heavy Ohio State lean, five-star Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin wideout Jaime Ffrench told Simmons and Wiltfong that his list is now: 1) Texas, 2) LSU, 3) Miami. He will take an official visit with the Tigers this weekend, but with a July commitment date in mind, the momentum is around the Longhorns.

4-star safety JaDon Blair – Notre Dame

Latest buzz: Blair is set to commit July 5. But before that, he’ll take official visits to South Carolina, Notre Dame, Michigan, Florida State and Penn State. He’s already taken visits to Louisville and Virginia Tech. But he told Wiltfong that “Notre Dame is “setting the pace” right now, with Michigan and Penn State right behind them on his list.
