Live Updates: Shemar Stewart Commitment Ceremony
Opa Locka (Fla.) Monsignor Pace defensive lineman Shemar Stewart is the top uncommitted prospect in the country in the 2022 class. After a lengthy recruitment, the Five-Star Plus+ prospect is down to three schools and will announce his commitment to one of them this afternoon.
As it stands at 1:00 p.m. EST, Texas A&M is the predicted landing spot for Stewart, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. Miami and Georgia are the other two teams in the race, with the Hurricanes as the likely other contender to land him.
On3 Director of Recruiting Chad Simmons is on hand at Stewart’s announcement ceremony, and he will provide updates as the clock ticks down toward the scheduled 1:30 p.m. ET decision time.
