7:28 p.m. ET: Miami Five-Star Plus+ cornerback commit Cormani McClain announced earlier tonight that he is signing on Jan. 15. On that date, the talented defensive back could sign a financial aid agreement, which does not lock him into a school. On February 1, National Signing Day, McClain could then sign his National Letter of Intent, which binds him to the college of his choice on that date. McClain is not expected to be an early enrollee.

Branch was unguardable in limited reps all week and has turned it on during the game. His burst, change of direction and top end speed are elite and just too much to deal with in this setting.
Also, a really strong sequence from Oklahoma five-star EDGE signee Adepoju Adebawore, beating Michigan State OT signee Stanton Ramil on back-to-back plays. He forced Kansas State four-star quarterback signee Avery Johnson to bail the pocket on the first play and came down with a sack on the second.
