Highlights from the NCAA Tournament

The 2022 NCAA Tournament has also produced plenty of the March Madness promised each year. From big upsets to buzzer beaters and overtime thrillers, the first weekend has produced countless highlights with one day still remaining.

Among the notable results were Texas guard Marcus Carr nailing a half-court shot, Miami hitting a pair of game-winning free throws against USC, and Illinois narrowly escaping 13-seeded Chattanooga. The upset bids by St. Peter’s and New Mexico State also helped create new mid-major heroes as a handful of representatives continue trying to push toward Sweet 16 matchups with more blue bloods.
