LOOK: Trevor Lawrence makes bold prediction following Pro Bowl appearance
Following his first Pro Bowl appearance, former Clemson Tigers and current Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence made a bold statement about next season.
The Jaguars Twitter account tweeted, “Pro Bowl QB Trevor Lawrence has a nice ring to it.” However, that’s not going to be good enough for Lawrence, who wants to turn the Pro Bowl into the Super Bowl next season.
Look at Lawrence’s bold prediction, here:
“Let’s see if we can add a different word before Bowl next year!! @Jaguars,” Trevor Lawrence said in a quote tweet of Jacksonville’s original tweet.
The Jaguars have never made the Super Bowl in the franchise’s history. So, it would be an absolute surprise if Lawrence manages to become a Super Bowl quarterback next season.
With that being said, the vision is clear. After having the worst record in the NFL for two seasons in a row and not making the playoffs since 2017, when they were quarterbacked by Blake Bortles, the Jaguars made a jump and won the AFC South in 2022. Making another jump to having a deep playoff run is reasonable.

How Trevor Lawrence flipped the switch in year two
From year one to year two with Jacksonville, Trevor Lawrence looked like a completely different quarterback. There are a lot of reasons for this, but Lawrence thinks he knows what the difference was. It started with the loss to Denver.
“[We] should have won that game. I remember I never forgot how I felt in that locker room, so I don’t want to feel like this anymore. I’m going to one, start taking care of the ball, but two, I just want to be the player that I know I can be,” Lawrence said.
“And I think that kind of flipped a switch in me and honestly, too, I think I have a little bit more of a chip on my shoulder now.”
