Baltimore St. Frances Academy three-star tight end Damon Hall, class of 2026, has committed to Maryland, he announced on Tuesday.

He chose the in-state Terrapins while also holding offers from Penn State, Virginia Tech, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, Michigan and others.

Hall is the No. 354 overall prospect and No. 17 TE in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 6 junior in Maryland.

The 6-foot-5, 2105-pounder becomes commitment No. 3 in the 2026 class for Terps head coach Mike Locksley and Co., continuing an impressive run of in-state recruiting wins. Hall joins St. Frances Academy teammate, cornerback Khmari Bing and Jacksonville Mandarin EDGE Brian Harris in the class. Both Bing and Harris committed earlier this month.
