Before you watch

Michigan hasn’t had the most glorious of seasons thus far sitting at 8-7 after being named a preseason top-10 team, per AP. Despite bringing back Hunter Dickinson and having a top recruiting class, but it just hasn’t clicked yet.

The Wolverines are, however, coming off a dominant 83-64 win over Maryland on Tuesday that saw Dickinson score 21 points on 10-of-14 shooting to go with six rebounds and six assists. He’s now averaging 16.4 points and 8.5 rebounds per game this season and the 7-foot-1 center will only cause problems for an undersized Indiana squad that doesn’t utilize anybody taller than 6-foot-9 consistently in their rotation.

Indiana, on the other hand, is coming off a huge upset win 68-65 over No. 4 Purdue that saw the Boilermakers miss a game-tying shot at the buzzer. Hoosier fans stormed the court as their team improved to 14-4 on the season — they’ve now won four of their last five.

The Hoosiers have failed to cover the spread in two of their last three contests while Michigan has covered the spread in nearly 60 percent of their games. Be weary of these teams streakiness down the stretch, especially a Michigan team that has only scored above 67 points once this month.
