Michigan-Ohio State game sets FOX broadcasting record for viewership

The latest edition of “The Game” between Michigan and Ohio State set a new record for FOX in viewership for a regular season game. According to viewership numbers from Saturday, the Big Ten rivalry was the most-watched regular season college football game ever for FOX with 17 million viewers. The game was also the most-watched regular season game in the past 11 years.

Michigan entered the showdown ranked third in the nation with Ohio State ranked second — and a trip to the Big Ten Championship Game and potentially the College Football Playoff was on the line.
