Michigan State offer Georgia Tech 4-star RB Javin Simpkins

Miami Norland four-star running back and Georgia Tech commit Javin Simpkins has earned an offer from Michigan State.
The offer comes one day after New Caney (Texas) four-star running back Kedrick Reescano decommitted from the Spartans.
Simpkins is the No. 367 overall recruit and No. 28 running back in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He is the top-ranked commit in the 2023 Yellow Jackets recruiting class, which ranks 54th in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking. Simpkins is also the only four-star commit in the group.
The Spartans recruiting class ranks 21st in the country despite having only 12 commits.
Simpkins currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $17.3k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
