Minnesota is expected to hire Akron’s Winston DeLattiboudere as defensive line coach, sources tell On3.

The 24-year old DeLattiboudere was a starting defensive lineman at Minnesota, who finished his college career in 2019. Now, he’s set to return to Minnesota as a member of the Golden Gophers’ staff while reuniting with his college head coach, P.J. Fleck.

Before working at Akron this season, he was a graduate assistant at Oregon, where he worked with players such as 2022 New York Giants first-round NFL draft pick Kayvon Thibodeaux.

DeLattiboudere will be the replacement for Brick Haley, who is leaving Minnesota to take the defensive line coach job at Purdue.
