Minnesota offers 4-star QB, Delaware's No. 1 prospect Cameron Edge

Minnesota has extended its second offer to a quarterback recruit in the 2023 cycle Wednesday with Smyrna (Del.) four-star quarterback Cameron Edge earning the offer.
Maize (Kan.) four-star quarterback Avery Johnson is the other quarterback in the class to have an offer from the Golden Gophers.
Edge is the No. 300 overall player in the country, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Edge holds offers from numerous schools, including Cincinnati, LSU, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
Delaware is not known for its football talent, but Cameron Edge has become one of its best prospects in recent memory. He spent his first two years at Hyattsville (Md.) DeMatha Catholic before transferring back home to Smyrna (Del.) High.
