Monticello (Minn.) Senior safety Luke Emmerich has committed to Wisconsin.

“It always felt like home and I love the staff, team and campus!” Emmerich said.

The 6-foot-2, 195-pound Emmerich becomes commit No. 10 for head coach Luke Fickell and the Badgers in the 2025 recruiting cycle.

Other offers for Emmerich included USC, Washington, Kansas State and Nebraska.

Defensive coordinator Mike Tressel led the recruitment of Emmerich to Madison.

“The process is super important in Madison and it’s a program where winning is the standard,” Emmerich said.

Emmerich is a plus athlete in the secondary that has posted a 10.69 100m dash time this spring.
