Tre Harris injury update: Ole Miss WRs status revealed on injury report ahead of Egg Bowl
A few hours ahead of kickoff in the Egg Bowl, Mississippi State vs. No. 14 Ole Miss has its final injury report out.
This comes after the last two days where the initial report was released on Wednesday with an update to it coming on Thursday. Between the two days, only one team had any changes to their designations as far as statuses with one more addition to their list. Now, this one will actually apply to today with the date of this regular-season finale set on a Friday.
The Bulldogs had no changes to their report with eight players all listed as out for today in Oxford. They’re all names that are either further down on the depth chart or have been on the injury report previously.
The Rebels then made up most of the report with 11 players now on it after starting with 10. Three players are out for them while the addition was S Jadon Canady, who is still probable for the game. The most notable one, though, is that WR Tre Harris, their leading receiver and one of the best in the sport, was downgraded from questionable to doubtful. The only other change was WR Izaiah Hartrup going from questionable to probable. With that, only RB Logan Diggs is questionable with five players for them now being probable.
