Missouri QB Aidan Glover plans to enter NCAA Transfer Portal
Missouri true freshman quarterback Aidan Glover plans to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett. He’ll have multiple years of eligibility remaining.
Glover was a three-star signee with the Tigers in the 2024 class. He redshirted the 2024 season.
Glover was the No. 559 overall prospect in the 2024 class, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, playing his high school football at Collierville (Tn.) High School.
Missouri saw a prized 2024 signee transfer elsewhere
Williams Nwaneri committed to Nebraska out of the NCAA Transfer Portal.
After planning to enter the portal on Tuesday, Nwaneri officially entered on Thursday with a do-not contact tag. Since then, RPM Predictions on him, including those of On3’s Pete Nakos and Steve Wiltfong, picked the ‘Huskers to earn his transfer commitment at 100%. With that, it’s also of note that Jamar Mozee, a senior assistant on staff in Lincoln, was Nwaneri’s coach in high school. He left the school for a job on staff at UCF before coming to Nebraska in July.
Nwaneri appeared in four games this past season, which could lead to a redshirt for him as a true freshman for Missouri. While with the Tigers, he had two tackles, one of those being for loss, and a sack.

Nwaneri, a native of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, played high school football at Lee’s Summit North. He was the No. 7 overall recruit there as a Five-Star+ prospect in the 2024 cycle. That’s according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also rated as the No. 1 player out of the state and the No. 1 edge rusher in the class.
Nwaneri eventually committed to the in-state program at Mizzou over other schools like Georgia, Oklahoma, and Tennessee amongst other top national interest and later signed as one of the top-rated prospects in school history. That recruitment included three unofficial visits to Lincoln from January of 2022 to March of 2023.
This is a major get for Matt Rhule and Nebraska just a year into the college career of Nwaneri. They’ll now look to develop what they’re adding in him with one of the nation’s top prospects coming to Lincoln from out of the portal.
