NCAA reveals official seed list for 2023 March Madness bracket
With the 2023 March Madness field now set, the NCAA released the seed list for the tournament. Although the top four seeds were already known — with Alabama coming in at No. 1 overall — the list reveals how the rest of the NCAA Tournament teams stack up against each other.
UCLA comes in at No. 5 overall as the top two-seed followed by Texas, Arizona and Marquette. Baylor and Gonzaga round out the top 10, while Texas A&M, which was surprisingly a seven seed despite finishing as the SEC Tournament runner-up, completes the top 25 teams.
Nevada was the last at-large bid according to the committee, coming in at No. 46. Arizona State, whom the Wolfpack will face in the play-in on Wednesday, is right behind them at No. 45.
