Isaiah Miranda is the highest ranked available player remaining in the 2023 class. The 7-foot-1 Miranda is originally from Rhode Island but is currently playing his postgraduate year at Los Angeles (CA) So Cal Academy.

The recruitment of the No. 16 player in the 2023 On3 150 has been interesting to follow. He has been linked with only a handful of college programs. The wrinkle was also added that Miranda will be eligible for the 2023 NBA Draft. Along with college coaches, NBA personnel have also been in to see Miranda this season.

Yesterday I wrote there the option for the four-star center to enroll at a college mid-year. This is the same thing Shaedon Sharpe did last season before declaring for the 2022 NBA Draft. There seems to be more conversation surrounding this move, as well as a new school floating around.

Sources have told me that NC State has jumped into the mix. As the intel was conveyed to me, there has been a conversation around Miranda enrolling with the Wolfpack mid-year as part of the 2022 class. This move would also allow Miranda to still be eligible for the 2023 NBA Draft.

It is unknown when or whether Isaiah Miranda will take a visit to NC State. The four-star has taken one official visit during this cycle, and that was to Louisville in September. Miranda took visits last cycle to GeorgetownUCLA, and Southern California.
