Day 1 Top Performers

Day 2 Top Performers

On3 MVP: Five-star PF Caleb Wilson – Georgia Stars

Caleb Wilson is now in full breakout mode. The 6-foot-8 forward with the Georgia Stars has pulled out an impressive arsenal, showing multi-level scoring ability, along with toughness on the boards and athleticism on defense.

Still just scratching the surface, Wilson has made a number of next-level shots, getting to his spots in the half-court and showing touch and confidence. The handle is concise with limited wasted movement. He is athletic at the rim, and he has knocked down multiple threes.

Wilson is currently the No. 9 player in the 2025 On3 Industry Ranking. Programs like Duke, North Carolina, Auburn, and others were consistently at his games throughout the weekend.

2. Four-star SF Drake Powell – Team CP3

Drake Powell has been the best player this weekend for a Team CP3 team that went 4-0. Powell’s reputation is as a high-level defender. He is 6-foot-5, with long arms and great instincts on that end.

This weekend he has shown patience on offense. Playing within two or three dribbles and knocking down the shots he wants to get to. The four-star wing guard has been able to turn defense into offense consistently, and he is as confident as it gets from the elbows.

Powell committed to North Carolina, where his father played baseball and his mom graduated. He averaged 20.3 points and 7.0 rebounds on the weekend.

3. Five-star PF Cameron Boozer – Nightrydas 16u

The day started with 6-foot-8 Cameron Boozer going for 32 points on 14-17 from the free-throw line. He finished the day winning the 16u Platinum championship with a 26-point, 8-rebound performance.

Boozer, the No. 1 player in the 2025 On3 Industry Ranking, tied with Cooper Flagg for the lead in the 16u division scoring category at 28.3 per game. He plays with a calm toughness, but he is never rushed on the floor, and he consistently makes the right decisions. His efficiency pops as he shot 78.0 percent from the field and 42.9 percent from three on the weekend.

Boozer is the son of former NBA all-star Carlos Boozer, Duke head coach Jon Scheyer was at each of his games this weekend.

4. SG Damarius Owens – City Rocks

Damarius Owens is a known athlete. He showed a lot of other pieces to his game on Sunday. Owens finished with a game-high 33 points. He was 10-12 from the field and 6-6 from three.

A Marquette commitment, he was able to get on the rim in transition. He attacked sloppy closeouts in straight lines and defended well. The swing skill was the three-point shooting. The release looked clean, and the load was consistent and balanced.

Although it was an inconsistent weekend, there have been some noted developments in his game.

5. SF Tyran Stokes – Vegas Elite 17u

The explosion and ferocity that the class of 2026 Tyran Stokes plays with are impressive. Even as a 15-year-old playing at the 17u level, he is a physically imposing player. Stokes aggressively straight-line drives toward the rim and finishes with strength.

He plays with an aggression on the boards and on the defensive end. He finished Sunday’s game with 14 points, 11 rebounds, 4 steals, and 3 blocks. On the weekend, Stokes averaged 14.7 points and 7.8 rebounds. He shot 62.9 percent from the field.

Only a freshman, all the blue bloods were watching him throughout the weekend at NIke EYBL.

6. Four-star SF Tounde Yessoufou – Team WhyNot 17u

Tounde Yessoufou is another highly regarded class of 2025 player who is playing up on the 17u level for Nike EYBL. He is a strong and physically impressive player with long arms and a non-stop motor.

Yessoufou is able to affect the game from different levels. He is an aggressive straight-line driver, able to finish on balance and through contact in the half-court. He also posted well in the mid-post and low-block areas. You like the versatility and the toughness he brings each time out.

Only a class of 2025 player, schools like UCLA, Southern California, and Arizona were courtside throughout the weekend. Yessoufou averaged 16.5 points and 7.0 rebounds, shooting 60.0 percent over the weekend.

7. Four-star C Patrick Ngongba – Team Takeover

The rebounding is what you take away with Patrick Ngongba. He has a strong frame, with long arms and good size. But he tracks the basketball as well as anyone else in the gym.

Ngongba comes from a basketball family, as his mom starred at George Washington. He came into the final day leading the Nike EYBL session in rebounding. He has strong hands and does his work early in the possession. Ngongba also did a good job carving out space on the offensive end, finishing with both hands and absorbing contact.

He’s taken a lone official visit to Kansas State. Jerome Tang and multiple assistants were at his games this weekend.

Other notables

*Four-star Derrion Reid (Team Thad) has done a good job filling in the gaps at Nike EYBL for Team Thad. He is a good defender and an instinctive rebounder, also showing court vision with the pass.

*Three-star Robert Hinton (WhyNot) plays a confident game. He is on the ball a lot, getting downhill in the half-court. Also, his decisions making was impressive, playing balanced and not rushing things.

*Five-star SG Tre Johnson (Houston Hoops) has to tote a big load for this team. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard is able to get to his spots to knock down shots. With the lack of spacing at times, the degree of difficulty can be tricky, but he gets himself clean looks. He finished with a team-high 15 points.

*Four-star SG Isaiah Evans (TSF) while it was an up-and-down weekend, he showed what he is as a prospect, a shot-maker. The 6-foot-6 shooting guard has a confidence in getting the ball toward the rim. Battling through injuries on the weekend, he averaged 12.8 points on 18-48 from the field.

*Four-star C Jayden Quaintance (Team Thad 17u) is a strong-frame post. The impressive piece is how he moves for a player his size. He has good feet and vertical explosion. He also knocked down a spot three while grabbing a lot of rebounds.

*Four-star SF Jordan McCullum (Brad Beal) has a physical, lengthy, and explosive frame. He is a factor on the defensive end and gets out in the open floor to finish. He has done a good job knocking down threes here, showing that to be an interesting weapon.

*Four-star PF Tyler McKinely (MoKan) seems to have found his comfort zone with this MoKan team. He has been active on the boards, pushing the break under control and finishing around the basket. A big man who knows his role and affects winning.

*Four-star PF Jarin Stevenson (Team United) continues to show off his skill set. At 6-foot-8, he has a smooth-looking three-point shot that he takes confidently. He can also score off two and three-dribble pull-ups. He shot 51.6 percent from the field and 36.4 percent from three coming into Sunday.

*Four-star wing Kayvaun Mulready (City Rocks) come into the weekend with a reputation for toughness. On Sunday he walked out with a 30-point showing, accompanied by 6 assists, and 5 steals. The Georgetown commitment was 5-6 from three.

*Four-star PF Donnie Freeman (Team Takeover) used his length well today. He has touch on his shot, stretching out to three, and great timing on the defensive end. Coming into Sunday, Freeman averaged 11.7 points and 2.3 blocks.

*Four-star SG Trent Perry (Vegas Elite) is super steady with his play. Comfortable on the ball or off the ball. He stepped into multiple shots at each level and seemingly made the right play, moving the ball to open teammates.

*Four-star PG Jasper Johnson (Team Thad) was consistently good this weekend. The lefty was confident on and off the ball. He plays with explosion and quick-twitch on both ends, which helps on the defensive end. He also threw a few very nice live dribble passes.

*Four-star SF Jalen Shelly (Pro Skills) has been impressive with his passing ability. He has a lengthy and wiry frame, and Pro Skills did a good job of lining him up at multiple levels of the floor and letting him facilitate for others.

*Four-star C Thomas Sorber (Team Final) has consistently been one of the better big men in the building. Strong and physical post player who has good hands, good feet, and plays mean. His understanding of the block and who he is has been good.

*Four-star C Aiden Sherrell (Vegas Elite) continues his steady climb of improvement. Standing at 6-foot-10, he runs the floor at a high level and rebounds his area with a purpose. He is finishing well and showed touch at multiple levels during the Nike EYBL session.

*Three-star C Kany Tchanda (Team United) continues to show impressive flashes. During one stretch, he knocked down a two-dribble pull-up, blocked a shot at the other end, took his man off the bounce and finished at the basket, and then knocked down a spot three. He continues to develop.

*Four-star C John Bol (MoKan) immediately pops with his height (7-foot-2) and length. The mobility is interesting; he is able to slide his feet, and he has the pop at the rim. However, the toughness is what is starting to show. He is attacking the ball around the rim on both ends.

*Four-star PG Jase Richardson (PG Elite) is a throwback type of point guard. The son of former NBA Dunk Champion Jason Richardson plays with poise, he puts the ball in the right spots, and he takes care of possessions.

*Three-star C Trent Burns (Houston Hoops) has a lot of intrigue. It starts with the 7-foot-2 frame, but watching him play, he moves well, showing fluidity, and he has touch that extends beyond the three-point arc off the catch. He is not there yet, but monitor how he continues to progress. A lot of natural tools to like.
