Notre Dame lands 2023 TE Cooper Flanagan

Concord (Calif.) De La Salle’s 2023 tight end Cooper Flanagan is heading to Notre Dame. The 6-foot-5 230-pound tight end announced via his Twitter his commitment to the Fighting Irish on Thursday morning.

Notre Dame offered Flanagan on Aug. 6.

He chose Notre Dame over offers from Washington, California, Arizona and Colorado.

Flanagan is the fourth commit in Notre Dame’s 2023 recruiting class as of now.

The Fighting Irish have pledges from Mentor (Ohio) defensive lineman Brenan Vernon, Tampa Berkeley Prep EDGE Keon Keeley and Irvington (NJ) High athleteAdon Shuler.
