He’s a freak athlete that at 6-foot-5 and 235 pounds has been timed as fast as 20.79 seconds in the 200-meter dash. It’s that speed, along with his football ability, that will make both track and football a big part of this top recruiting battle.

That’s especially true since it’s his “dream to run in the Olympics someday.”

With some other top recruiting battles, we can see some of the top teams already developing. But Harbor insists he’s wide open between his double-digit offers.

His sister, Giovanna Harbor, is a Penn State alum. So, the Nittany Lions are definitely expected to be a factor.

But others like Michigan, Oklahoma, Rutgers, South Carolina, Oregon, Texas A&M and LSU are others expected to be under consideration for official visits.

The On3 RPM has been steady for him over the past few weeks. Penn State and local school Maryland have remained at 25.4%. Other schools he’s visited Michigan, Oklahoma and South Carolina are at 8.9%.

But with elite track schools interested, the On3 RPM could see some big shifts in the coming months.

Nyckoles Harbor currently ranks as the No. 12 player in the country, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He also ranks as the No. 1 EDGE and top overall player in Washington D.C. On3 ranks him slightly higher than the industry average at No. 6 in the country, but behind Notre Dame commit Keon Keeley at EDGE.

Nyckoles Harbor currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $24,000, which ranks 285th in the On3 High School Football NIL Rankings. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
