Officiating assignments revealed for Final Four, Florida vs. Auburn, Houston vs. Duke

Official assignments have been revealed for the Final Four, it was announced on social media. Below are who will be on the court calling the games on Saturday, as well as for the national title game on Monday.
For Florida vs. Auburn, Roger Ayers, Tony Padilla and Courtney Green will be the main officials with AJ Desai on standby. Game two between Houston and Duke will feature officials Keith Kimble, James Breeding, Doug Shows with Michael Irving on standby.
For the national championship game, Ron Groover, Doug Sirmons and Terry Oglesby will be the officials for the game. As of this report, they have not announced the official on standby for that matchup.
The opening matchup between the two SEC programs will be a rematch of a regular season matchup. There, Auburn fell 90-81 when it met Florida earlier this season on Feb. 8. However, the Tigers have looked formidable in the NCAA Tournament. Auburn star Johni Broome has been particularly excellent. He’s leading the Tigers in points and rebounds this season.
Of course, Florida has no shortage of standouts, either. Senior guard Walter Clayton Jr. exploded for 30 points in the Gators’ comeback win over Texas Tech in the Elite Eight. With the performance, he became the first player in program history to have multiple 30-point NCAA Tournament games.

Houston and Duke will follow. The Blue Devils punched their ticket to the Final Four with a stunning 85-65 blowout win over Alabama. Alas, the Blue Devils aren’t the only ones with elite talent. Houston looked dominant against the Volunteers last Sunday, holding Tennessee to a mere 15 points in the first half.
