Ole Miss dealing with injuries to star RB Quinshon Judkins, WR Tre Harris heading into Georgia Tech matchup
Ole Miss is probably going to be without two of its top offensive weapons when it faces Georgia Tech on Saturday.
Wide receiver Tre Harris is set to miss the game, sources tell On3. It also appears likely the Rebels will be without star running back Quinshon Judkins, per sources.
Harris, a transfer from Louisiana Tech, sustained a knee injury during the Rebels’ win over Tulane last week. He already has five touchdown catches, which is tied for the most nationally among players who haven’t yet played in more than two games. Harris posted 65 catches for 935 yards and 10 touchdowns at Louisiana Tech last season.
Judkins, one of the top breakout stars in the SEC last season, has run for 108 yards and three touchdowns in Ole Miss’ first two games. He ranked No. 1 in the SEC and No. 7 nationally last year with 1,536 rushing yards. He also led the SEC with 16 touchdown runs.
ESPN was first to report about the status of Harris and Judkins heading into the matchup with Georgia Tech.
