4-star offensive lineman Devin Harper flips commitment from LSU to Ole Miss
Ole Miss has added another massive piece to its 2025 recruiting class, as Shreveport (La.) Calvary Baptist Academy four-star offensive lineman Devin Harper has flipped his commitment from LSU to the Rebels.
Harper had previously been pledged to the Tigers since January, when he chose them over Georgia, Florida State, Ole Miss, Tennessee and others.
The Rebels, though, never let up in their pursuit of him. That included hosting him for their massive win over Georgia on Nov. 9.

“The atmosphere was top tier, the best game I’ve been to,” he told OM Spirit’s Zach Berry after the game. “The Grove showed me love and the game atmosphere was just electric from the teams play to the fans.”
According to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies, Harper ranks as the No. 90 overall prospect in the country, No. 7 interior offensive lineman and No. 3 prospect in Louisiana.
